Young Entrepreneur/Musician strikes a note against unemployment After months of unsuccessful job searching 19 year old Dean Batey of Ferryhill decided to create his own. Combining his passion for music and his passed down business knowledge, he opened a music shop; Bluetone Music of 17 Conyers Terrace, Ferryhill , which is already proving to be a hit with local musicians .
After receiving training from one of Britain’s top guitar techs the opportunity arose to open up shop next door to the already successful Mountain High Cycles (owned by Dean’s parents) According to dean “his goal is to provide a friendly service with friendlier prices” and since it’s no secret that musicians are very social creatures, create a welcoming atmosphere for customers to seek advice, chat about gear and to find out about local gigs and events.
