I have noticed, over the past few months, a lot of carers who make home visits to the disabled, elderly and infirm and don’t care about how they drive.

A large percentage actually drive carelessly, without thought for other road users, safety or speed.

I understand they may have a schedule to keep – an allotted time and a number of homes to visit. BUT should a carer have an accident, surely that would cause the schedule to run even later, or not being able to do any visits at all. So would it not be better to arrive a bit late, than not at all?
