There is extensive road works on Emerson Way, Pease Way and Barrington Road, which are obviously important. The traffic is being controlled by temporary traffic lights. The area for the road works was marked out by police clearway cones prior, but some residents think they are too special/important and don’t have to abide by the rules of no parking and continue to park between the cones.
We would all like to park outside our homes, but this is not always possible and we sometimes have to walk a few metres to and from our cars. So can these self entitled people just be more considerate and park legal and sensibly, just for the time the road works are taking place.
