Scottish born Eve Brown has been an entertainer for many years both in her homeland and in clubs of the North East.  These days her main focus is to encourage others as a music tutor.  Eve lives in Newton Aycliffe where she is also Choir Director with the much loved MAD Community Choir.
Eve says “Although I am a teacher, I love to perform from time to time and enjoy so much the interaction in the care homes I sing in around the area. Music plays such an important part in our lives and has many health benefits. I love it when a student does well in an exam or I see an old person’s face light up when I sing.”
Eve loves to encourage musicians of the future and you can find out more from her website www.emlmusic.co.uk
you will be able to hear Eve’s fantastic voice as she performs as one of the local entertainers at this year’s Rotary Club Charity Show at the Phoenix Club (British legion) on Friday 30th October at 7.30pm.
