Dear Sir,

Regarding Livin’s plans for the regeneration of Newton Aycliffe’s Western Area, I wonder how many tenants realize that more than a third of them will stand no chance of returning, as Livin intend to have about 100 fewer homes available to rent after the regeneration.

I wonder how many homeowners are naive enough to think they will be given a good deal on the Compulsory Purchase Order that is used to acquire their house ready for demolition?

I think that Livin has been less than clear about the major upheaval to people’s lives that their “Option Three” is going to cause, and

I can’t see this ending well for the majority of the current tenants and homeowners of the Western Area.
