Greenfield Arts are delighted to welcome Sharron Bates back to their Gallery for her latest exhibition, ‘Hidden Depths’. Sharron is a talented artist who has been working with a variety of medium, and her new exhibition showcases a vibrant approach to illustration. The preview evening was a special evening with lovely comments and appreciation for the fabulous artwork displayed.

Hidden Depths is a collection of illustrations on paper and textiles created or guided by Sharron. A large part of the exhibition showcases her illustrated story, Where’s Brian? which explores, and ultimately resolves, a small girl’s feelings of loneliness.

Included in the work exhibited are illustrations created by participants, of all ages, in Sharron’s illustration workshops. “This exhibition gently encourages us to challenge our own inner perceptions and see ourselves anew” said Sharron.

The exhibition is now open and will run until Wednesday 16th May 2018. The Greenfield Gallery is open from 10 am – 9 pm Monday to Thursday and 10 am – 4 pm Friday.

Why not come along and see for yourself, there are prints and cards for sale and quality crafts produced by participants in Sharron’s popular Creative Forum.
