Our Year 6 Class at Byerley Park Primary School have been learning about Firework Safety from members of Newton Aycliffe Fire Service. Some of the things we learnt are: • Always keep fireworks in a closed box • Only hold one sparkler at a time • Never go back to a lit firework • Never throw fireworks • Do not put fireworks into your pockets • Keep pets indoors • Have a bucket of water handy Have a great Bonfire Night!
