LIFE Church in Newton Aycliffe would like to invite you to their KEYS Community Detox Launch which takes place on Thursday 16th October at 6.15pm at Greenfield School.
This programme runs under ‘The KEYS Project’ which is a UK registered charity established in 2013. Dr Stephen Smith, a GP specialist in substance misuse, set up the project, to coordinate a programme of church based community detox.
Volunteers on the project, Sheena and Alwyn from LIFE Church told Newton News it is a privilege to work with Dr. Smith. His aim through compassion is to see people brought into freedom helped by his medical and professional expertise. He provides the solid foundation on which KEYS is becoming a vital movement in local churches who are bringing hope to the hopeless.
An experienced board of trustees supports the KEYS Project and Dr Smith has received high-level support from distinguished consultants in developing robust protocols for the programme.
