Each Christmas the Rotary Club hold a collection in Tesco’s and around the streets with Santa’s sleigh to provide hampers for needy families in our area.
They are looking for extra help from volunteers willing to be Father Christmas.
As Santa is required to be on foot when touring the streets he has to be able to act the part and be fairly fit for the two hour stint from 5.30 – 7.30pm. There is also an opportunity to be Santa, collecting in Tesco’s.
