On 15th January Joe Cooper, a professional break dancer from Wreckonize dance company, came to Greenfield Community College to work with Greenfield’s boys only break dance crew, ICEL8. The Greenfield group will be working with Joe over a period of time in preparation for the Dance Festival held at Newton Aycliffe Leisure Centre on March 25th.
This is just one of the many great opportunities created by visiting arts and sports professionals who have worked, both in person and via Skype, with Greenfield in recent months and who have supported great teaching happening across the school.
