A fantastic night at Newton Aycliffe BIG CLUB was had by all, celebrating Forgham’s 60th birthday. The charity we chose was BRAKE who help people who have lost loved ones in road traffic accidents.
Forgham was killed in a road traffic accident 21 yrs ago when he was coming home from work, and was knocked off his push bike.
Geoff Miller (Forghams best mate) organised the event, so a massive thanks to him for all his hard work.
Also a big thanks to Jack Hall, promoter for Biff Bang Pow Promotions, who allowed us to join with the Soul Night. He contributed raffle prizes, including a £50 cash prize won by Stephen O’Conner ,who very kindly donated it to the charity. We collected £300 but with gift aid added the charity have received £375. Huge thank you from Sheila, Ann and both families.
