Leanne Hopper health trainer with Wellbeing for Life is our guest speaker at our next Horndale Residents’ meeting Wednesday 1st. February. Wellbeing for Life service is free and aims to help people to live well and maintain good health for themselves and those around them. The staff, work with individuals on a 1-1 basis and in groups to recognize the issues that are affecting their wellbeing. They can assist with mental health issues, physical activity, healthy eating and much more.

Our meetings are very informative and a relaxing and comfortable way to meet people and ask questions or report issues or ideas that affects our daily lives. We will also announce the first few trips of the year. The meeting starts at 6pm with refreshments at 5.45 at Greenfield Arts Centre.
