Danielle Stout is celebrating this month after helping her members to shed over 1,500 stone in 2015 and change their relationship with food for good. Having lost 4 stone herself, Danielle became a Weight Watchers Leader in 2011 and has since helped hundreds of residents towards a healthier weight and lifestyle. Now, Danielle is encouraging more local residents to develop healthier habits in the New Year.
“Over 70 members have successfully shed 5% or more of their body weight. Danielle said: “Not a day goes by when obesity or obesity-related illnesses aren’t in the news. Losing just 5% of your body weight can dramatically improve your health and wellbeing and help prevent serious diseases. For 2016, I’m encouraging as many local residents to set a new year’s resolution – get involved and spend the new year feeling the benefits of shedding those excess pounds and learning healthier habits!”
One of our members Kirsty Murray says: “Having the support of Danielle throughout my weight loss journey has been the key to my success. She is an inspiration and each week gives us all great tips, tricks and support to help us achieve our weight loss goals. I have lost over 5 stone with Danielle and I’ve never felt better! Kirsty says, weight loss has changed her family’s way of living. “We eat healthy homemade meals each night, we go out for walks and are a lot more active. As well as losing weight and becoming more confident I’m also teaching my 5 year old a healthier way of living, but we still enjoy our treats.
