Our guest on Sunday’s show was local photographer Darran Weston who talked to us about his early experiences with cameras and how it helped establish his passion for photography. He shared some of his thoughts and ideas on improving your skills with a camera by simply changing the way you observe life around you in order to get that perfect photograph you are looking for.
Darran has won a number of awards and accolades, most recently for his architectural photography in Europe, and many people who follow Darran’s work will be familiar with his fabulous dramatic shots of Bamburgh Castle and the iconic Sycamore Gap at Hadrian’s Wall.
Darran is busier than ever at the moment but has agreed to take time out from his schedule to come back into the studio in a couple of months time so we can catch up and discuss his plans for the future.
