New Pathways Together, a group for older people who need a friendly place to come to meet people. This group was started and was successful for several years until LIVIN STARTED REFURBISHMENT this is now finished and we hope to welcome you back to The Western Area Community Centre, Silverdale Place every Wednesday from 9.30am. We welcome, as before, people with Dementia with their carers, people who are lonely or have a long term illness. For the first visits you can be picked up in a vehicle.
