On Tuesday mornings our secretary helps cancer patients complete the power of attorney forms, as this is very important especially when you are a cancer patient.
On Thursday mornings we have Pam, our Welfare Advisor, who helps cancer patients and their family to claim the correct benefits as well as helping them to complete the forms.
There is a huge increase in patients being diagnosed with cancer, many are terminally ill, so many are struggling with the costs of gas and electric. We are having to purchase warm blankets and air heaters just to give them some heat, as quite a few are sitting with hats and coats on, many of you know that when you going through cancer treatment you often feel the cold.
If any businesses can help pay towards these things, please contact us on 07442 991859.
