New Pathways Together meet at Dementia Cafe at the Western Area Community Centre, Newton Aycliffe DL5 7DZ on Tuesday 26th January from 10.00am until 1pm.
Members of the Alzeimers Society will be available to answer any questions and give you help and guidance.
We meet every Tuesday and Thursday morning and organise regular activities, outings, etc. Please come along and join us.
We will be celebrating our first year of meetings on 9th February and we have just been awarded a large grant which will allow us to do more activities, all are welcome.
