Dear Sir,
A polite request to dog owners in Newton Aycliffe, (my daughter, a dog owner, not included).
Like many residents, my front lawns do not have a fence which makes them open to dogs and cats to step onto them, urinate and cause damage which kills off grass. The damage is not readily visible, this means time, a little effort and expense to repair the damage. Usually it is not the dogs fault, but owners who allow this, so can I politely ask owners to be a little more responsible when walking their dog?
Hoping in anticipation.
John Walker, Resident.
