Students at the South Durham School of Dance have achieved some remarkable results in their recent IDTA Freestyle Dance Exams, with all the students achieving the highest ‘Honours’ grade.
The results were:-
Bronze: Amy Corking Honours; Charlotte Mardula Honours
Silver: Anna Shaw Honours
Gold: Alicia Simpson Honours; Maddison Mackinlay    Honours
2nd Gold Bar: Abbie Kennedy Honours
3rd Gold Bar: Kira Watson Honours
1st President Award: Daniela Winwood Honours
For the younger children and newcomers, some doing their very first exams and where the examination is either a ‘pass’ or a ‘fail’, they all did very well.
1st Rosette (3 to 5yrs) Eve Towler Pass, Layla Bailey Pass
2nd Rosette (3 to 5yrs) Kacey Heathwaite Pass
2nd Rosette (6 to 8yrs) Laycee-Lee Henderson Pass
