Theatre-goers in Bishop Auckland are being offered a taste of Bollywood as the Northumberland Theatre Company returns to Bishop Auckland Town Hall next week with How to Make a Killing in Bollywood.

 

The show plays on Wednesday 28 September as part of a tour of venues in towns and villages across the North East region and beyond.

 

This is a brand new musical comedy about two best friends who decide to quit their jobs in a fast food restaurant and head to Bollywood in search of fame and fortune. A play about friendship and ambition and the lengths people will go to realise their dreams.

 

Writers Manjot Sumal and Umar Ahmed, combine comic scriptwriting with music and dance for a hilarious drama filled with a unique blend of comedy moments and Bollywood dance moves.
