Zanshin Kai Karate, based at Woodham Community Centre, held their first club grading of the year recently and the instructors were impressed with the hard work and effort shown by all the students who went on to successfully gain their new belts.

7th Kyu Orange Belt: Mathew Bridges, Thomas Bridges, Sammy Lake, Laurence Alderson, Jack Arnott;
2nd Kyu Brown Belt: Erin Sutherland;
1st Kyu Brown Belt: Chloe Tranter, Emma Smith and Adam Smith.
Also to our Red Dragons Cadets (5-10 years):
8th Mon Yellow Belt: Ava and Logan Morrallee, Jaxon and Jude Ross, Zoori Bharti, Hope Homes (Double Grade);

We are a family club, so come down, work hard, keep fit and have fun alongside the rest of your family. Everyone welcome and all new starters get four free trial classes.
Classes are Thursdays: 5.45pm – 6.45pm Red Dragons (Cadets)
Sundays: 4.00pm – 6.00pm Juniors and Adults.
