Dear Sir,
My Mum, Margaret Close, who is 90 years old, went to the Post Office at Horndale Supermarket on Saturday 23rd October.
Some time later, she realised that she had lost her debit card, which caused her a great deal of anxiety. Sunday morning Mum’s kindly neighbour went to the shop and Mum’s debit card had been handed in.
My Mum would like to say a huge thank you to the kind person for handing in her bank card and to her neighbours for their support.
It is a powerful reminder of the inherent honesty and kindness of human nature during these trying times.
