Newton Aycliffe Rugby Club’s preparations for the new season are well underway with the recent recruitment campaign with the help of Newton News being a sucess.
Several new players have joined and some old boys have come back into the fold. In terms of squad numbers for the season this is fantastic. However there is still room for more in particular any front row players.

The club is running a squad game this saturday kick off 2pm. This will be a match of probables against possibles and will get everyone match fit for the first game of the season on 17th August ko 3pm a friendly against Northallerton.
Following this Saturday’s squad game there is a Hog Roast event for Rugby Club members and families. Ticket price is £3 per individual adult or £6 per family. Contact Pete Ryans for details. May the games commence!
