The Gymnastics & Movement for People with Disabilities class is open to all young people each Sunday from 9.30 – 10.30am. The session is run by Athena Gymnastics at the Leisure Centre and is free of charge, because it is not just gymnastics it is a proven therapy improving confidence and general wellbeing.
Lileen Cuthbertson one of the Mums says: “Gerry Fuller, Jeff Wade and Sam Robson receive no fee for the work they do with disabled youngsters. Gymnastics have done more for my son David than the NHS ever did!” If you have a child with a disability please feel free to bring them along. Contact Gary on 313156.
