Jules Baxter, a Personal Wellness Coach in Newton Aycliffe plans to promote a healthier, active lifestyle within the Community by holding FREE fitness sessions from 10-11am every Saturday morning starting on November 3rd 2012.

The Fitclub sessions will be held at Woodham Community Centre, St Elizabeth’s Close Newton Aycliffe, DL5 4UE.

“These free sessions aim to be friendly, sociable and are suitable for anyone at any level of fitness and age,” said Jules. “My first session was a ‘Wellness Walk’ which I arranged for after my Weight Loss and Wellness Challenge that I hold on a Thursday evening. The walk was popular but I want something on a weekend so we can exercise outside (weather permitting!)”

“All people need to do is to come along with a bottle of water and a great attitude.”

Jules is concerned about the number of people who are totally sedentary and who are overweight – it’s my mission to help them! “I want to give something back to the community,” said Jules. “We may not be able to turn people into Olympians, but we can certainly help get them into better shape and feel better about themselves.”

Jules also runs the Arriba Community Wellness & Weight Loss Challenge at Agnew Community Centre on a Thursday evening from 6.30pm and will be available at the every Fitclub session to talk to people about nutrition, healthy eating and having a more active lifestyle.

You can contact Jules on 07966 968388 for details and to book your free place.
