Mixed Martial Arts fighter Mikey Hogarth fought at Total Combat on May 11th against a fighter from Cumbria. The fight lasted only 3mins with Mikey dominating from the bell to secure a win by submission and earning him his 2nd British Welterweight title.
Mikey, who trains with local Viper mma Club is now the Unified Champion and will be defending both belts later in the year. Viper coach Mark Reay says: “Mikey is a true champ, he works harder than anyone I’ve met, pushing himself to the limit in all aspects of the sport, He’s one of the nicest lads in the sport and a great asset to the club. I’m sure he will hold these titles for a very long time.”
