A night of 90’s indulgence comes to the Majestic Theatre on the 7th December. The Mardi Gras & Escapade Big Night Out is a twice yearly event which celebrates the memory of the legendary nightclub on Gladstone Street organised by some of the original DJs and Management from both eras.

Two of the biggest 90’s acts are also set to appear, Mikee Freedom alongside Nomad had a number 1 hit in 26 countries with his hit track “I wanna give you devotion” and will be performing live.

Headlining the event is one of the biggest icons of the 90’s dance scene, Baby D, who will be performing three of her top 10 hits including “Let me be your fantasy”.

Two rooms of music are on offer with the main auditorium being turned into a dance arena looked after by the original DJ’s Kev Spencer, Chris Bell and Martin Norris.

In the second room is the 80’s and 90’s party all night with party animal, Johny H alongside DJ Dev and Nathan Abbott.

A percentage of the ticket sales are to be donated to “Manhealth” suicide prevention charity.

The Majestic Theatre has a fully licenced bar with a large selection of drinks at very reasonable prices.

Tickets are £15 and can be dropped off at your door in Newton Aycliffe, text 07725 892369 to arrange delivery or if you require further information.
