Aspire Fitness and Health on the Business Park opened in March this year and are constantly expanding their services. Male and female changing rooms and showers have been installed proving to be a valuable addition for those who come to lunchtime classes during work hours or the Bootcamp sessions before work.

Aspire monitor the timetable and every 3 months change it to meet customer trends and suggestions by providing more of the popular classes. They regularly release new class routines through the Les Mills programmes – BodyAttack, BodyBalance, BodyCombat, BodyPump, BodyStep, CXWORX and SH’BAM.

It’s not just about the programme it’s also the environment; SH’BAM for instance has Disco lights in the Studio to add to the feel of the dance programme.

For those who are new or returning to fitness a Wellbeing Package has been introduced.  This is a mixture of low intensity classes including Basic Aerobics, BodyBalance, Pilates, SH’BAM, Fitball and Bokwa – an ideal combination of cardio and toning classes.

Many members have attended since Aspire opened and as a reward their seventh month sessions are half price.

Aspire have also supported local charities and the Masquerade Ball at Hardwick raised money for Marie Curie Cancer.

Aspire also held a Combatathon for Mandi (a local lady) who has terminal cancer. This was a gruelling two hour class and raised over £300 to help support Mandi and her family.

As parents can’t always get to a class due to lack of childcare Aspire now offer a free crèche on Monday and Wednesday lunchtimes (£1.50 to non members). During school holidays the crèche will run every lunchtime run by Joy, a fully qualified Cache 3 registered childminder.

Rebecca has just joined the team with a big dance background and a real passion for the fitness industry. She is a fully qualified personal trainer and also teaches Bokwa. Jo-Anne provides Sports Therapy and Massage as well as holistic treatments and members receive a discount. She has a BSc(Hons) in Sports Therapy and is a member of the Society of Sports Therapists. She has been providing beauty treatments and holistic therapies such as Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage for six years.

Aspire listen to members and make changes very quickly to enhance their services  providing a personal, friendly and welcoming environment.

Members are guaranteed a class to fit around their schedule with a class to suit every level of fitness.

There are no contracts at Aspire and members can work out when they are going on holiday and do not pay for something they aren’t using.

Aspire has air conditioned professional studios and the assurance that classes or venue will not be cancelled or changed.

The owners and staff are passionate and enthusiastic and a warm welcome awaits everyone.
