Dear Sir,
I was walking around the boating lake in Newton Aycliffe with my friend Sinead Williams, when we came across the above duck. What we did not know at the time was this is an endangered species. After a bit of a search we found it was a Madagascan Pouch Duck. It was absolutely stunning, the most beautiful duck I have ever seen.
