Silver Swans is a ballet class designed for people over the age of 50, but anyone can take part. Offering an inclusive, adaptable and authentic ballet class. Real ballet steps and exercises adapted for the over 50’s, giving you a chance to express yourself through music, learn something new and socialise. We will dance at the barre, in the centre, with props, follow adaptations of classical ballet repertoire and so much more. The class will include movement around the studio, self-directed learning and lots of fun. Classes take place on a Monday evening 6pm-7pm and 7pm-8pm and Thursday morning 10am-11am and 11am-12noon at the Pioneering Care Centre and also on a Friday evening 7.15pm-8.15pm at St Aidan’s church hall in Chilton. Classes are £5 a lesson, £16 a month for 1 lesson a week or £30 a month for 2 lessons a week.
