A magical afternoon awaits young visitors to a County Durham museum next weekend.
The Woodland Fairy will be casting a spell over Killhope: the North of England Lead Mining Museum on Sunday, 29 July.
Youngsters will have the chance to make their own fairy basket before exploring the woodland in search of magical items.
There will also be storytelling sessions with the woodland fairy.
Walks, which start at 1pm and 3pm, are aimed at children under eight-years-old and are pushchair-friendly.
Normal admission charges apply, with an additional 50p for children and £1 for adults for the special activities.
