I wanted to update you on Heather’s progress at the European Championships on the weekend of 29th October and let readers know that she came second in Women’s Body Building in Europe, with a fellow teammate bagging gold.
Heather has made the hard decision to postpone her entry to Natural Olympia from 2022 to 2023, but is looking forward to the World Championships with the UKDFBA in June 2023 which can propel her to Olympia in 2023.
