The Mighty Red and Blacks were back in league action recently in their first game since being promoted.

vs Hebburn Town Gold Barca u10s
They played against a good Hebburn team. And wow what a performance from Heighington. From their first kick to their last everyone of them were excellent. They never let Hebburn have any space or time on the ball and worked their socks off. They ran out 6-1 winners and fully deserved the scoreline. Coleby in goal making some excellent saves throughout, defence of Benjamin, Ollie A and Oliver Yale providing an extremely tight wall in front of him. Midfield we had Oliver M, Dylan, Preston, Joshua and Olly W. They were all on top form with their dribbling and especially their passing. Oliver C played upfront and was on fire today.

Man of the Match: Olly W, the opposition just couldn’t get the ball off him and he was a constant threat. Best game for us since joining.
