Aycliffe Modern Jazz Quartet, ‘Acoustic Infusion’ are currently enjoying a successful run of jazz nights at The Forum Music Centre, Darlington.
With the great support of the venue, the jazz nights are proving a popular monthly event with guests from the local jazz scene joining the band on stage to play a varied programme of modern jazz, funk and blues.
The next Jazz Night will be on Tuesday 18th February, when the quartet will be joined by the legendary saxophonist, Ray Dales. Doors open at 7pm and admission is £5.00.
Future dates at The Forum are Tuesday 17th March, “An Evening of Big Band Jazz and Swing” with the Darlington Big Band and Tuesday 21st April, “Acoustic Infusion” with saxophonist Richie Emmerson playing classics from the saxophone greats.
