Could I please remind people that dog fouling is an offence. Now the dark nights are here, some dog owners seem to think it’s okay to let their dogs out to defecate in private gardens rather than walk them on a lead.
There are many elderly residents in Newton Aycliffe who are having to clean up after other people’s animals. It’s disgusting and brazen, you know who you are!
Some people are unable to clear up the mess left due to ill health. Have some thought for other people and their property.
