In celebration of National Gardening Week (26th April – 2nd May 2021) English Heritage gardeners are inviting members of the public to participate in a seed swap on the 1st and 2nd May. Visitors to Mount Grace Priory, near Thirsk, are encouraged to bring their own seeds along to exchange for rare varieties which have been donated by Garden Organic’s Heritage Seed Library. These include an array of heritage seeds like the Dwarf French Bean and the ‘Avon Early’ Beetroot.

Mount Grace is open 10am to 5pm and tickets need to be booked in advance
