This year the Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) is holding their Annual General Meeting on Thursday 29th July 2021 from 11.30 am until 12:30 pm via Zoom.
For over 23 years PCP has proudly delivered high quality accessible projects and activities aimed at improving health, providing access to services and reducing social isolation. None have been so challenging as the past year; however, we are very proud of what we have achieved despite the global pandemic.
As well as managing the Pioneering Care Centre in Newton Aycliffe, PCP delivers a wide range of projects across the North East supporting the Charity’s mission of ‘Health, Wellbeing and Learning for All’.
