We are delighted to share the exciting transformation of the Heighington Branch of Bewick Crescent Surgery following the completion of recent renovation works. The project involved a full reconfiguration of the downstairs space, designed to better meet the needs of our patients and staff. A key feature of the upgrade is the creation of a significantly larger dispensary, alongside the addition of a brand-new clinical room.
These improvements have enabled us to expand our services and enhance the overall patient experience. Thanks to this new layout, we are now able to run clinics for both GPs and nursing staff simultaneously. GP clinics are currently being held at least three times per week, with nurse and healthcare assistant clinics taking place even more frequently. This increased capacity allows us to provide more accessible and flexible care for our patients.
We are also pleased to announce that our opening hours have been extended to 8:30am–12:00 noon and 2:00–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, offering even greater convenience for patients in Heighington village and the surrounding areas. These enhancements reflect our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within the community. We look forward to welcoming patients into our newly improved space.
