Skelton Panthers 2 v Aycliffe U15 Eagles 5
Cup tie for the boys away to Skelton, and this was the first chance to show their new bespoke away strip. The team set up in a new formation and took a little time to settle, going a goal down early on. They soon adapted and settled in, with goals coming from Ryan Foremen, Tom Dearden and Jack Greenwell, HT 1-3. The second half started with 5 changes, sticking with the same formation. The team created plenty of chances. However, goals from Kye Cook and Noah Scott in the 60th and 68th minute, with Skelton pulling one back in-between and the Eagles march on into the next round of the cup.
Boldon 0 v Aycliffe U13 Girls 3
First half, Aycliffe had most of the possession but only managed one goal before HT. The second half was more end to end but Aycliffe always looking the most dangerous and were rewarded a further 2 goals without reply to take the points. Goals: Emily, Demi Lee & OG. POTM Megan.
Brandon United 6 v Aycliffe U13 Eagles 6
It was a goal fest in Durham with 3rd and 4th in the league playing each other. Brandon twice went ahead but goals from Olly and Adam kept the score level. However, it was the home team who scored a further 2 goals without reply, HT 4-2. Quick change of formation for the second half and this worked brilliantly as the boys in blue started dominating the play. Again the boys pulled level with goals from Jake and Kaiden. Once again Brandon scored but a great penalty from Kaiden and the scores were level. Finally Aycliffe were in front as Adam smashed home the 6th goal, only for Brandon to score from a free kick in the final minute. MOTM Adam.
Washington Utd Lionesses 1 v Aycliffe U12 Angels Blue 1
A closely contested match which was a classic game of two halves. Washington had the best of the first half and were 1-0 up at half time. The Blues had the best of the second half and pulled it back to 1-1. A great effort from the girls, against a side that always prove tough opposition.

Aycliffe U8 Wildcats v Washington
The girls were very unfortunate to be behind after a very close first half. Ava pulled a goal back early in the second half before Penny finished calmly to complete what was a brilliant comeback.
Well done everyone today, lots of happy faces at full time which is the main thing.
Washington United 1 v Aycliffe U12 Angels Yellow 1
Despite only having 7 girls, Aycliffe took the lead from a corner just before HT with a brilliant finish from Amy. A hard fought 2nd half but it was the home team who grabbed a goal and the points were shared.
All of the girls received a star player award for an outstanding team performance.
Aycliffe U10 Eagles v Darlington All Stars
All Stars came to the match undefeated this season but goals from Tarek 3, Olly, Faris, Sam and Lucas give the Eagles a resounding victory. MOTM Sam.
