Trip to Saltburn
Our annual trip to Saltburn on the train was again a huge success in July. Members treated themselves to plenty of coffee and cakes and the obligatory fish and chips. A wander along the pier and the seashore wore off some calories, enough for an ice cream, before the return ride home.
Crafting with St. Clare’s Court residents
Our crafting group continue to visit St Clare’s Court Care Home to participate in a variety of art and crafts projects. This month the ladies decorated fans with colourful designs. The fans were just what was needed during the heatwave.

This is holiday month, so there won’t be a meeting in August.
Our next WI Meeting
Our next meeting will be held on Wednesday 26th August at 7pm in the Village Hall which will include a Summer Floral Demonstration by Karen McKenna.
