We are professional advanced fitness instructors that design and build your personal gym space around your own ideas, budget, and specific goals. First we arrange a consultation to discuss these areas in more detail. We then write a fitness program and purchase the best equipment needed for you to be successful in reaching your goals. We then arrange for all of your new equipment to be constructed in the correct positions. When we have completed all these steps we arrange a final inspection visit, during this visit we make sure that everything is as expected. We then talk you through your new fitness program and how all your new equipment works. We also offer ongoing support to help you further reach more goals that you set for yourself in the future.
