Newton Aycliffe Youth Centre is pleased to announce a great family day out at our traditional Christmas Fair where Northern Arts and Crafters get their chance to ‘Sell’ to enthusiastic art and craft lovers and a chance for the kids to visit “Father Christmas” for a small fee to go towards the Elves Christmas Party. The Inaugural NAYC’s Traditional Christmas Fair has been organised in Partnership with Artist John Palliser of Patriot Art.

The event will include Arts and Crafts from local Artists and crafters, A visit from “Santa”, Brass Band, Carol Singers, mulled wine, minced pies and much more. You will also be able to find out about new and exciting opportunities at the NAYC in 2013.

Previous events have been very successful, so the ‘NAYC Traditional Christmas Fair’ is an ideal way for individual artists and Arts and Crafts groups to show the public their work, be it paintings, ceramics, textiles ar any other form of art and crafts. Prices for exhibiting and for attending the event have been kept low to encourage a successful inaugural meeting, which is hoped to be repeated in successive years.

The organisers have pledged to donate a proportion of the profits to The North East Autism Society (http://www.ne-as.org.uk/) for their new project in Newton Aycliffe.

Opening times for the Fair will be 11am – 5pm, as this is a charity fundraising event, admission donation of £3 per person for help towards fund raising. Exhibitors can book their Stall by contacting the Exhibition Organisers ‘Patriot Art’ and NAYC. To book a stall or for further information visit www.patriotart.co.uk or call Joan on 07730 471487 or John on 07412 029848

The organisers are hoping for snow, but even if the weather isn’t too kind the exhibitors will be inside the NAYC guaranteeing a great event for all to enjoy. fineart@britishpatriotart.co.uk or newtonaycliffeyouthcentre@live.co.uk
