In 2000 we held a Millennium History Exhibition in Middridge Village Hall, showcasing the village, its buildings and its history. Celebrating the 25 years that have now elapsed we have an updated the exhibition, including recent developments.
During the August bank holiday weekend, Middridge Village Association are presenting an exhibition in our newly refurbished Village Hall. With a timeline reaching back to 1066, the exhibition includes:
• Stunning old photographs;
• Fascinating maps from the 16thC;
• Malevolent fairy stories;
• Videos and presentations.
A perfect day out for history lovers, families and anyone curious about the rich history of our village. An event not to be missed.
