Our group has now moved to the Glow Church, Long Tens Way, Aycliffe Business Park DL5 6AP.
We meet every Monday afternoon from 12.30pm to 1.30pm, with the coffee shop alongside for refreshments.
This is a safe supportive space where you can connect, share and find real understanding from others attending.
No need to book, just pop along – anyone can attend with you (partner, friend, carer).
