The longer daylight hours are back and we have had a great first meeting (AGM) in our new temporary venue at Neville Parade Methodist Church on Tuesday 14th April.
Our speaker for 12th May will be from the amazing institution which is the R.N.L.I. The topic is Wooden Boats & Iron Men.
The May excursion will be to the History Wardrobe, South Shiilds, on the topic of ‘Love & Marriage’.
We meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 7.00pm in the Methodist Church at Neville Parade. We have speakers on varied topics, craft evenings, auctions and parties. We also have access to all manner of informative and varying workshops at WI House, all at reasonable prices to suit your budget.
There is no need to be lonely as a WI member, come and join our friendly and welcoming Newton Aycliffe WI. All women are welcome.
