County Durham’s Raby Castle, Park and Gardens is celebrating Easter 2026 with a packed programme of seasonal events.
Across the bank holiday weekend (Friday 3rd to Monday 6th April), visitors can enjoy an Easter Food and Craft Market in the Riding School and Dutch Barn, featuring local produce, artisan crafts and regional specialities. The Coach House will also be open, offering a curated selection of gifts, homeware and Raby produce.
Food and drink are a highlight, with treats available at the Garage Café and The Vinery Café, which offers light lunches, Sunday roasts and pre-bookable Easter afternoon teas throughout April.
Families can explore the Walled Gardens, Deer Park and woodland playground, The Plotters’ Forest, home to a themed Easter Trail. Additional activities include craft sessions, guided tours, tractor rides and a Little Eggsplorers trail inside the castle.
Special events include a hot cross bun masterclass on Thursday 9th April and at nearby High Force Waterfall, a carrot patch trail will run throughout the holidays.
Tickets start from £24 for adults and £13 for children, with family options available. Discounts are offered for a limited time using code EASTER10.
