Glow Church UK is hosting a Wellbeing Wednesday Pop-Up Café, offering a relaxed and welcoming space for people in the local community to connect, rest and enjoy some simple hospitality.
Taking place every Wednesday during term time, the pop-up café is open to anyone who would like to drop in for a cuppa, a chat, or a quiet moment. There is no cost and no pressure to take part in anything beyond enjoying the space.
As part of Wellbeing Wednesday, a gentle chair exercise class runs from 11.15am – 12 noon, followed by the pop-up café from 12.15pm – 2.00pm. Both are open to the community, and people are welcome to attend either or both.
The café is part of Glow Church UK’s wider commitment to wellbeing, community connection and reducing isolation. Volunteers are on hand to offer a friendly welcome and the atmosphere is intentionally calm and informal.
Pastor John Greenow said: “Life can be busy and demanding. Wellbeing Wednesday is about creating a simple, safe space where people can slow down, feel welcome and connect with others.”
