James Bradwell is to star as sergeant in a brand new stage adaptation of the hit ITV show Midsomer Murders in a full UK tour and will be stopping off at Darlington Hippodrome in May, 2026.
James Bradwell (Lord Basilio in Bridgerton) will star opposite Daniel Casey (Inspector Tom Barnaby) as Sergeant Gavin Troy in the world premiere of Guy Unsworth’s stage adaptation of Midsomer Murders: The Killings at Badger’s Drift, based on the book by Caroline Graham, The Killings at Badger’s Drift, and the television series Midsomer Murders.
The residents of Midsomer will be played by a multi-rolling ensemble of actors: Nathalie Barclay, Chandrika Chevli, John Dougall, Julie Legrand, Rupert Sadler, Chris Agha and Rhîan Crowley-McLean.
