The budget-friendly 750 Motor Club returns to Croft Circuit with a packed schedule of racing next weekend (19/20 September).
It will be the club’s second visit to the North Yorkshire track this season with the two-day event hosting nine different series featuring a wide range of competition cars from single seaters to hatchbacks.
The meeting – which is the last race action of the 2026 season at Croft – will see 19 races over the course of the weekend starting with the 15-minute 116 Sprint Trophy and 120 Coupe Cup, who race alongside each other twice on Saturday only. The Sprint Trophy is one of the UK’s largest one-make grids made up of E87 BMWs with 1.6-litre engines while the Coupe Cup uses the first generation 120i Coupe as the basis for the one-make 190bhp BMW sprint formula.
Single seaters will take to the circuit for the Disklok F1000 Championship and offer some exciting racing with drivers battling head-to-head in Jedi machines, whereby they will race twice on Saturday and once on Sunday.
The Radical Club Challenge sees the motorbike-engined Radical sports cars compete in a double-header on Saturday while the Nankang Tyre Locost Championship will race once on Saturday and twice on Sunday.
Also in action across both days in three, 15-minute races will be the Mr Transit Swift Sport Challenge which is open to drivers aged 16 and over. Mazda fans can see the Korniche 5Club MX5 Cup competitors take to the tarmac in their 1.6 litre-powered cars in three 15-minute races over the weekend, while the Sustain Fuels Formula Vee Championship will also compete for the honours in two races.
Featuring on Sunday only will be the Gaz Shocks 116 Trophy with their epic 90-minute endurance race. The unique, one-make budget series uses the popular mark one BMW 1 Series with the race including a compulsory pitstop for one, two or three driver teams.
On track action starts at 9.30am on Saturday with the first race at 12.15pm with racing getting underway on Sunday at 12.00 noon. Advance adult admission is just £18 per person on both days or £20 each on the gate. Accompanied children aged 15 and under are admitted free, with free car parking, while Croft’s welcoming Hangar 50 Café will be open each day. There are other catering outlets open throughout the weekend around the circuit.
