Here’s a brief overview of what we have been up to lately:
Sunday 7th September, a male was arrested for public order, following an incident in the area of Mellanby Crescent.
Two dogs have been seized, and an investigation is on-going by the Neighbourhood Team in relation to possible animal cruelty.
On the afternoon of Tuesday 9th September three males were arrested on suspicion of a Possession of Class-A drugs with an intent to supply and were taken to custody.
Also on Tuesday, PCSOs Brown and Barton located a high-risk missing person who was suffering from Alzheimer’s. The male was then taken to hospital to be checked over.
On Friday12th September, PCSOs Fotheringham and Kipling returned stolen power tools to a recent victim of a burglary. It was great to be able to reunite him with his STIHL tools which had recently been located by officers.
Our drone has been deployed for numerous incidents over the past week, including searching for missing persons.
On Friday morning, a male was arrested on suspicion of assault following an incident in Silverdale Place and transported to custody.
On the morning of Sunday 14th September a male was arrested on suspicion of ABH and remains in custody.
Also on Sunday, a female was arrested on suspicion of assault, following a domestic report and is currently in custody.
